Phone Support - All of our clients have access to the customer care team via a direct phone number (no switch boards or automated dialling options!).
Email Support – By utilising a leading CRM system, all of our emails are logged, processed and distributed to the correct team member.
Full campaign reporting – We deliver in depth performance reports for all of your campaigns. We also understand that not every client is the same, and as such we are fully capable of producing bespoke reports depending of the needs of you, the client.
