Customer Service Representative

Martin joined Latitude in 2010 as  part of our white label partnership team. Martin is  responsible for all Customer Service  tasks, including consultations, campaign enquiries and billing. He has acquired a varied skill set and has received training in all areas of search engine marketing which  has given Martin the knowledge to service clients to a high standard and to pursue his own development within the industry.

 

Latitude has given Martin the  experience of  working with the best in the business and serving a wide range of different clients from varying industries across multi-channel  campaigns.

 

Martin enjoy’s himself by keeping busy at the gym and watching mixed martial arts and is generally known for raising many a laugh to the Latitude office with his sometimes unconventional dress sense.
